The League of Arab States reaffirmed its condemnation and rejection of Turkish intervention in Libya and the importation of foreign terrorist fighters into the country, stressing that its position is consistent and clear and has not changed from Turkish interventions in the Arab countries, whether in Libya, Syria or Iraq.
The Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ambassador Hossam Zaki, said in a statement today that there is a ministerial decision that rejects and condemns these Turkish interventions, noting that the refusal in the case of Libya also includes the recruitment of terrorists and foreign fighters.
The Assistant Secretary General of the Arab League stressed that the position of the Arab League is clear against Turkish interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries, unambiguously and issued by an overwhelming majority of countries.
