Saudi Mosaad Al-Dossary has won the computer-console version of the real FIFA football tournament.
The young Saudi battled it out against Belgium’s Stefano Pinna to clinch a cool $250,000 prize in the competition held at The O2 in London.
After the game, which he won 4-0, he praised his family, coach and country — and received a standing ovation.
Saudi Federation for Electronic and Mind Games Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan Al-Saud congratulated the winner on the global achievement.
The 18-year-old winner was the only Arab nationals to take part in the FIFA eWorld Cup which was launched in 2004.
Saudi national Abdulaziz Al-Shehri became the first Saudi to win the trophy and prize after clinching the 2015 championship, formerly known as the FIFA Interactive World Cup (FIWC).
