The General Directorate of Passports said that the latest version of the Passports application supports both Arabic and English languages, and allows users to benefit from multiple electronic services.
Services provided by the application include: Querying procedures, inquiring about eligibility to perform a pilgrimage and booking appointments to visit one of the passport department’s offices.
The office added that the application enables the beneficiaries to visit the portal of the Ministry of Interior for electronic services “Absher” and “Muqeem” (resident).
The department said that the new application provides support for people with special needs through the “Voice Over” feature.
It also allows user to locate the nearest passport department.
