The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat), in cooperation with the National Information Center, announced the postponement of the collection of fees for "issuing iqamas" for workers in commercial and industrial professions in the private sector, due to establishments for a period of three months from the date of 18th March 2020 until the date of 16 June 2020.
Jawazat explained that this step comes in the framework of the efforts taken by the Kingdom’s government to reduce the economic, financial and development impacts on the private sector due to the precautionary measures taken to face the repercussions of the outbreak of the new Corona pandemic.
