Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority Turki Al-Sheikh met with Zinedine Zidane, manager of Real Madrid football club on Sunday.
Zidane held an an informal meeting with Al-Sheikh to check on his health and to discuss future joint projects.
During the meeting, the former footballer gifted him a “Zidane” Real Madrid shirt and signed the Almería football club shirt that Al-Sheikh was wearing.
Al-Sheikh acquired Almería in August, replacing Alfonso García Gabarrón.
The meeting comes as the Kingdom is gearing up to host the Spanish Super Cup over the next three years later this month.
The tournament will include four teams, for the first time in its history, including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Valencia.
