The leadership of the Alliance for Support of Legitimacy in Yemen announced the interception and destruction of a ballistic missile launched by the terrorist Houthi militia from Saada governorate towards the city of Najran today (Tuesday), in a deliberate attempt to target innocent civilians and civilians.

A spokesman for the coalition forces, Colonel Turki al-Maliki, pointed out the continued brutal attempts by the Houthi terrorist militia to target civilian and civilian objects protected under international humanitarian law with ballistic missiles and drones.

Colonel Al-Maliki revealed that the total of ballistic missiles that were launched towards the Kingdom and were intercepted amounted to (313) ballistic missiles, while the total number of unmanned aircraft that were intercepted and destroyed (357).

He emphasized that the Alliance Joint Forces Command will take and implement resolute and strict measures to neutralize and destroy these capabilities; To protect innocent civilians from these absurd and barbaric acts in accordance with international humanitarian law and its customary rules.
