Jawazat in Saudi Arabia announced "Tawasul" service allows all beneficiaries to carry out Jawazat services by sending messages, requests and inquiries for solving technical problems that block beneficiaries from carrying out their transactions electronically through the Absher electronic platform. 

Saudi Jawazat through its official Facebook account, explained that the communication (Tawasul) service contributes in solving technical passport problems that could not be implemented on the electronic platform, including the following.

* Saudi passport and Travel permits
* Expat iqama procedures inside the Kingdom
* Services for the affiliate and sponsored 
* Iqama procedures for outside the Kingdom
* Exit Re-Entry and Final exit visas 
* Visit visas
* Extending Visit visa to Yemeni brothers
* Extending visit visa to Syrian brothers
* Transfer of Services
* Profession Change
* Update and Extend passports
* Reports

Instructions to be followed while sending Message through Tawasul Service in Absher :

1. Description of the Request : Explanation of the required service, stating Iqama number or border number.
2. Attachments : Upload the attachments related to the case or request.

Beneficiaries must follow some conditions mentioned below

1. The service cannot be implemented if the resident is not affiliated with the Absher account from whom he requested the service.
2. The service must not include inquiries. 
3. No application will be considered, if the application does not fall under the chosen service.
4. Processing time for the request is up to 7 days.
