It has been warned that delaying the payment of wages to workers is a violation of labor law in Saudi Arabia, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).

A friendly settlement to a labor complaint:
Hadi Al-Shahrani, the Director of Human Resources and Social Development in Asir, stated that the friendly settlement department has completed a labor invitation worth more than 400,000 riyals for a resident expat, and this is not the first case of this nature.
In an interview with Al Ekhbariya channel, He said, "In the friendly settlement department at the Asir branch, we have a large number of cases.".
Al-Shahrani disclosed that an employee was returned more than 12 million riyals a few months ago. This is the first step in considering labor disputes between the worker and the employer.
In addition to governance for this process, he stated, "There are also follow-up and monitoring of the friendly settlement sessions, as well as follow-up and monitoring of the mastery of such sessions with high quality.
