Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in Saudi Arabia clarified the requirements for passing through customs.
As per ZATCA's official Twitter account, the driver of the vehicle must have the original and valid form while crossing the customs port.
Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority stated that the driver of the vehicle must be its owner, or a valid external authorization from the owner is required from the driver of the vehicle when crossing the customs port.

* When receiving 3 doses of the Corona vaccine, or if it has been no longer than 8 months since the 2nd dose, with the exception of the age groups set by the Ministry of Health, or when their health condition shows in the Tawakkalna application.
* People between the ages of 16 and 12 need two doses of the Corona vaccine
