Saudi Arabia offers a number of options for issuing entry visas to the Kingdom to Turkish citizens visiting Makkah and Madina.

During the promotional meeting in Istanbul, the Ministry of Tourism announced that Turkish nationals can obtain a tourist visa from the Saudi Embassy or Consulate there. Tourism and travel offices approved in Turkey and listed on the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs website can be coordinated to issue it within 48 hours.

The Saudi Tourism Authority explained that residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, as well as holders of United States, United Kingdom, and Schengen Visas, can obtain visas at international airports in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madina.

Nusuk, a platform launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with Saudi Tourism Authority, has a page dedicated to Turkish citizens. Visa.mofa.gov.sa offers a number of services and facilities that enable visitors to purchase an Umrah visa.

The Unified National Platform for Visas at MOFA allows Saudi nationals to issue personal visit visas for their friends and allows citizens and residents to issue family visit visas for relatives.
