Saudi Arabia announced 1,793 new infections with the Corona virus, bringing the total to 33,731.

A spokesman for the Saudi Ministry of Health, Muhammad al-Abd al-Aali, confirmed that 1,105 cases had recovered, increasing the total to 7,798.

In the daily press briefing on the Corona virus, he pointed out 10 new deaths, including one for Saudi, to a total of 219 deaths.

The spokesperson said that the number of critical cases is 145, and that the number of active cases is 25,714, within the total number of cases.

On new HIV infections, on Thursday, he said, 17 percent of them are female, 25 percent are citizens, and 5 percent are children.

He stressed the need to adhere to providing health vaccinations for children on time to prevent children from being exposed to other microbes.

On Wednesday, Saudi Arabia revealed 1352 new cases of new viral corona virus, bringing the total to 6773.

Also yesterday, it reported 1687 new cases of Corona virus, increasing the number of cases in the Kingdom to 31,938.

Also on Wednesday, 9 deaths were recorded, one of them Saudi, and the rest of other nationalities, bringing the total to 209 deaths.
