The committee concerned with following up the health status of the Corona virus held its 84th meeting this morning, chaired by His Excellency Minister of Health Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al Rabiah, and attended by members of the committee who represent a number of relevant government sectors, where they were briefed on all reports and developments on the virus, and the situation was also reviewed Epidemiological of the virus worldwide and recorded cases in the Kingdom and check on their health conditions, with emphasis on the continued application of all preventive measures in the entry points and their strengthening, and take all precautionary measures to address it and prevent its spread, and It resulted in everyone interacting with the curfew and called on them to stay in their homes and not go out except for the most urgent need.
After the meeting, Dr. Mohamed Al-Abdali, Assistant Minister of Health and official spokesman of the Ministry, stated that the total number of confirmed cases of the new Corona Virus (COVID-19) around the world reached (4278180) cases and the number of cases recovered and recovered reached (1502620) cases so far and the number of deaths About (292316) cases.
He added that with regard to the Kingdom, a new number of confirmed cases is added, which are (1905) cases, and these cases were distributed in a number of cities, namely: Riyadh (673) cases, Jeddah (338) cases, Mecca (283) cases, and Dammam (147) Case, Al-Hofuf (67) case, Madinah (64) case, Jubail (52) case, Taif (50) case, Al-Khobar (47) case, Tabuk (35) case, Al-Majma’a (30) case, and Diriyah (18) Case, Dhahran (14) case, Umluj (13) case, Baysh (11) case, Al-Kharj (6) cases, Salwa (4) cases, Safwa (4) cases, Al-Jafr (3) cases, and Qatif (3) cases, Abqaiq (3) cases, Al-Khurma (3) cases, Al Khafji two cases, and Al-Olaya village two cases, and As Tanura, two cases, and Rabigh two cases, and two cases, and Al-Qunfudhah two cases, and Sharurah two cases, and Hail two cases, and Al-Muzahmiyeh two cases, and Hotah Sudair two cases, and one case in each of Abha, Nairia, Buraidah, Onaiza, Al-Rass, Al-Hada, Al-Leith, Makhwa, Najran and Hotah Bani Tamim, Al-Dilam, Wadi Al-Dawasir, Dawadmi, Al-Rayn, Al-Sulayyil, Al-Zulfi and Ruwaida Al-Ardh.

He also mentioned that the number of cases recorded today (1905) is 32% of cases belonging to Saudis, 68% for non-Saudis, 22% of cases for females, 78% for males. The percentage of elderly people in cases recorded today is 4%, children 8%, and adults 88%.
The number of those who recovered, praise be to God, reached (17622) cases by adding (2365) new cases of recovery, and the number of deaths reached (273) cases, by adding (9) new deaths, which is a case of a Saudi in Makkah at the age of (80) years, and Saudi Arabia In Makkah al-Mukarramah, at the age of 48, and (7) deaths of non-Saudis in Makkah and Jeddah, between the ages of 42 and 80.
Al-Abdali indicated that the level of registration of new cases around the world continues to grow and rise, noting that the curves of recording cases in the Kingdom of all kinds between active and recovering cases and deaths, indicating that confirmed cases in the Kingdom are divided into three sections which are active and are still receiving health care even Now it is still classified as infected with the disease, and recovery cases are the cases that have resembled, praise be to God for recovery and came out of the total confirmed cases, and cases that have ended in death, we ask God for mercy and forgiveness.
He added that the deaths are stable and stable at low levels, praise be to God, and low compared to global rates in general.
He pointed out that in the Kingdom we have been observing since the days of growth and rise in cases of recovery exceeding large numbers that exceeded 1000 cases as it rose since yesterday until it exceeded 2000 and this is what makes us look forward to continuing the cases of rise in recovery, and, God willing, we will record greater recovery cases, pointing out that cases The activity is the other, and since yesterday and for the first time, it began to go down and is still recording for the next day this level of decline, considering that it is promising for us, which indicates that all preventive precautions and commitment by a wide group of society are bearing fruit, which means that we are walking in Healthy trend H, and if we still have more steps to reach our goals in the final control of overcoming this global pandemic, stressing the importance and necessity of remaining in precautions to reach the goal of ending the Corona virus.
The Spokesman for the Ministry of Health stated that registering recovery cases at this time in exchange for registering confirmed cases daily crossed the curves in them so that the recoverers became larger than the new registered cases, which enhances the positive aspects during the next stage.
