Oil Prices Rise More Than 2%

Oil prices today rose by more than two percent, supported by indicators of recovery in demand for fuel, while members of the OPEC + group committed to an agreement to reduce production, which covered investors' fears of a new wave of HIV infections.
US benchmark WTI contracts ended the session up 86 cents, or 2.4 percent, to settle at $ 37.12 a barrel.
Brent crude contracts, the world record, gained 99 cents, or 2.6 percent, to settle at the settlement of $ 39.72 a barrel.
