Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia announced that it is forbidden to take an external appearance that would create a false belief about the character of a person by improperly practicing any health profession.
Prosecution added that these practices are based on propaganda, which leads the public to believe they are entitled to practice health professions.
Additionally, the prosecution authority warned against impersonating a health professional or one of the titles which are normally associated with health practitioners and professions.
Additionally, the authority warned against the presence of machines or equipment that are normally used in the practice of health professions, without a license or without a good reason for their use.
Saudi Public Prosecution announced that those who practice such practices can face up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to 100,000 Saudi Riyals.
