The Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia is cracking down on drug use, with severe punishments for those who prepare or oversee locations for the use of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
Article 38 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Control Law increases the punishment for those who use minors or those who have power over them to commit their crimes.
Offenders who give minors access to drugs, sell drugs to them, or force them into using them through seduction or intimidation will also face harsh penalties.
