Asian Winter Games Bid Has Been Won By Saudi Arabia For 2029

On the sidelines of the General Assembly of the Olympic Council of Asia, Saudi Arabia won the bid to host the 2029 Asian Winter Games
The OCA will be held in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh, according to the organization.
In a statement, the OCA said the mountain resort of Trojena in the futuristic city of Neom in western Saudi Arabia was unanimously chosen to host the ninth Asian Winter Games.
As part of the General Assembly meeting, OCA named Riyadh as the new regional office.
After China, Japan, South Korea, and Kazakhstan, the 2029 Asian Winter Games will be held in Western Asia for the first time.
