The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health told “The Seventh Day” that the returnees from Saudi Arabia aboard the Cairo ferry number about 423 people, including the crew of the boat and truck drivers, and that the necessary examination is done for them through sterilization operations and then measuring the temperature as well as taking a blood sample from them to confirm that they were infected with the Corona virus or not.

He continued that coordination had been made with the concerned authorities in the governorate to end the quarantine procedures for returnees from abroad, pointing out that the university city of the College of Education branch of South Valley University in Abu Ashra in Hurghada has been prepared to be the seat of quarantine for returnees from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aboard the phrase ” Cairo”.
