As a precautionary and preventive measures to safeguard the health and safety of citizens and residents, based on the health recommendations submitted by the concerned authorities to enhance these preventive measures, Ministry of Interior announced additional precautionary measures through extending the curfew period in some of the neighbourhoods in Makkah.
The new measures aim to prevent anyone from entering or leaving these districts throughout the day (24) hours.
The following is the list of districts:
Ajyad
Al Masafi
Misfalah
Al Hujun
Nakasa
Hosh Bakar
The residents of the aforementioned districts will be allowed to leave their homes for the necessary needs such as health care and grocery within the district during the period from 6 a.m in the morning until 3.pm.
The measure came into force starting 3:00 p.m on March 30th, 2020.
