The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) in Saudi Arabia clarified that the visitors insurance policy covers the expenses of pregnancy and emergency childbirth (cesarean delivery) during the period of validity of the policy.
This came in response to an inquiry from one of the beneficiary stating, "Does the visitor’s insurance policy cover cesarean delivery for childbirth, if the pregnancy is disclosed before purchasing the policy?"
- The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance clarified that the visitors insurance policy covers the expenses of pregnancy and emergency childbirth (cesarean delivery) during the period of validity of the policy.
