Saudi media reported that two expatriates were executed in Saudi Arabia after being found guilty of murder in a conclusive court ruling. An incident resulting from a financial dispute involved Bangladeshi nationals luring an Indian citizen into a car and transporting him to an empty plot of land. There, they strangled him with a piece of cloth from behind and fatally administered insecticide into his mouth. In an attempt to cover up their crime, they buried the victim’s body.
The culprits, however, were successfully apprehended by law enforcement authorities. Subsequent investigations led to their referral to a competent court, where they were found guilty. The verdict was later affirmed by both appeals and supreme courts. A royal order was issued, solidifying the verdict as final.
Saudi Arabia's Jazan region, in the southwest, executed the convicted individuals. During the legal proceedings, grim details of the murder were presented as evidence of a financial dispute behind the crime.
