In a move aimed at facilitating foreign investment, the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia has introduced online services tailored for companies seeking to establish regional headquarters within the kingdom. These services, available to entities licensed by the Ministry of Investment, cover a range of functions including the issuance of regional headquarters as either a branch or a new foreign company. Additionally, the platform facilitates tasks such as issuing, amending, and renewing commercial registers, as well as reserving commercial names.
To further assist foreign firms in navigating the process of setting up operations in Saudi Arabia, these electronic services are easily accessible through the ministry's digital platform at e.mc.gov.sa and the Saudi Business Center's platform at business.sa.
