The Ministry of Interior emphasized that individuals assisting illegal residency or border entry may face:

  • Up to 15 years in prison
  • Fines of up to 1 million Saudi riyals

Government's Firm Stance on Law Enforcement

This latest crackdown aligns with Saudi Arabia’s efforts to maintain national security and regulate expatriate residency. The ministry urged the public and employers to comply with the country’s residency and labor laws to avoid legal consequences.
