Saudi Arabia Arrests 4 Expatriates For Prostitution During Anti-Immorality Crackdown
Category: Crime News

The Public Security of Saudi Arabia has announced the arrest of four expatriates—two men and two women—in Umluj Governorate for engaging in prostitution inside a public house. This operation is part of a broader crackdown on immoral acts being carried out across the Kingdom.

Crackdown on Immorality and Human Trafficking

According to an official statement, the arrests were made by the Umluj Governorate Police in collaboration with the General Department of Community Security and Combating Human Trafficking. The detainees have been referred to the Public Prosecution after legal actions were taken against them.

Kingdom-Wide Campaign Launched

A full-scale campaign targeting prostitution, human trafficking, and other immoral activities was launched on February 13 this year. The initiative is led by the General Department for Community Security in coordination with regional and governorate police forces, under the supervision of the Ministry of Interior.

Authorities Issue Strong Warnings

The Saudi authorities reiterated their commitment to maintaining public morals and warned that anyone involved in illegal or unethical practices will be prosecuted. They encouraged the public to report any suspicious activities through official channels.

Public Cooperation is Key

The Public Security Department urged citizens and residents to support law enforcement efforts by reporting any activities that threaten community values. This ongoing campaign reflects the Kingdom's zero-tolerance stance on violations of morality and human rights.
