The Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nasser, confirmed that it was agreed to open the airspace, land and sea borders between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, starting last evening.

The Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs said that the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawwaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, had made two calls with Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman (Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense), and the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad, in order to sign the Al-Ula summit statement.

- Kuwaiti Foreign Minister confirmed that the two parties agreed to open the airspace and the land and sea borders between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, adding that the opening of the airspace and the borders between Saudi Arabia and Qatar as of last evening.

- Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said that the policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, is based on a firm approach based on achieving the supreme interests of the GCC and Arab countries and harnessing all their efforts for the good of their people and in a way that achieves their security and stability.

- He stated that the summit of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf will be an inclusive summit for the word, unifying the class and promoting the path of good and prosperity, and through it the aspirations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his brothers, the leaders of the GCC states, in terms of reunification and solidarity in facing the challenges in our region.

- He asked the Almighty to preserve the security, stability, solidarity and unity of their peoples for the GCC states.
