Ministry Of Interior In Saudi Arabia Has Started Issuing Licences Firearms

The Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia has started issuing licences that enable citizens to hold personal firearms.
The ministry had announced that the licensing process would remain open for one year to enable Saudis interested in owning personal firearms to submit their applications.
Applicants should be aged 21 at least, physically and mentally fit and have no criminal records, unless legally rehabilitated by the authorities.
They should also undergo a full medical check-up and submit an accredited health report to the competent authorities at the Ministry of Interior.
The ministry has also called upon citizens to regulate the situation of the firearms and ammunition which they own illegally and apply for licences.
