How to get your Digital Visitor ID through the Tawakkalna app
Follow these steps for the easiest method:
- Download the Tawakkalna app from your mobile App Store.
- Open the app and select Sign in using username, then choose Sign Up.
- Under account type, choose Visitor/Gulf.
- Select Passport, then enter your passport number.
- Choose your nationality and enter your date of birth.
- Enter your mobile number, check the agreement box, and tap Next.
- Set a new password and confirm it.
- Complete face-scan verification and tap Activate.
How to view your Digital Visitor ID
Once you’ve activated your account, you can view your card by:
- Tapping your profile photo.
- Going to the Cards section.
- Selecting Digital Visitor ID.
A full version will appear with a QR code for security verification.
