Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) announced the Eid Al-Adha holiday dates for Saudi Arabia's private and nonprofit sectors.
From the day of standing in Arafat on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah, which is on July 8, until the end of the 12th of Dhul-Hijjah, which is on July 11, the MHRSD has announced the Eid Al-Adha holidays for both sectors.
According to the ministry, the cases of overlap stipulated in Article 24 of the Executive Regulations of the Labor Law will be considered.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia announced that the ritual standing at Arafat, which marks the climax of the annual pilgrimage of Hajj, will take place on Friday, July 8. Eid Al-Adha begins on Saturday, July 9.
