Saudi Arabia's General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) has disclosed the terms and conditions for transferring domestic worker services online through Absher
As specified in the Jawazat in Saudi Arabia, the transfer of domestic labor services for registered and activated individuals on Absher platform is possible through online Absher.
1. Through Absher, the current employer waived the domestic worker's services.
2. Within 7 days, the domestic worker and the new employer must approve the transfer of services through Absher.
3. There must be no traffic violations on the records of the new employer and the domestic worker.
4. Domestic workers must not be registered as Absent From Work or Huroob.
5. Only four transfers are allowed for domestic workers.
6. A domestic worker's iqama must have at least 15 days in it at the time of assignment.
7. Service fee payment.
