The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia launched the new version of the Sehhaty app (My Health application), which is the unified application for providing health services to individuals in the Kingdom by reviewing their health information and for achieving an integrated health strategy to achieve a vibrant, healthy society by integrating health services.

As explained by the Ministry, the latest version of the "Sehhaty" app provides a variety of unique services and benefits.

* Enhancing the booking experience for health appointments.

* Prescriptions and medicines are reviewed.

* Encourages walking practice.

* Women's health services are available.

* Forecasting weather conditions for health protection, such as asthma medications and reminders.

* Access to services is made easier with a search engine.

By reviewing their health information, the upgraded My Health application also provides the service of booking an appointment to document vaccinations electronically, within the service of booking and reviewing health appointments.

To take advantage of these services, the Ministry of Health called on everyone to update the app through the App Store and Play Store on their smartphones. As this platform is under the Ministry's supervision and extends its mission to improve the quality of health care and services.

The Sehhaty app has more than 27 million users in Saudi Arabia, and it has been used for over 11 million health appointments, over 2 million Know Your Numbers registrations, 4 million remote appointments, and 700,000 instant consultations.

Who can use the Sehhaty Platform ?

The Sehhaty platform from the Ministry of Health serves Saudi nationals and expatriates residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with their dependents, including children, the elderly, or people with disabilities.

Health Platform Services :

Through the My Health platform, users in the Kingdom can access a wide range of health services, facilitating the provision of integrated health care. These services include,

1. Consultations on-site.

2. Book and review the schedule of health appointments

3. Online appointments.

4. Search for Medicine.

5. Digital Health Wallet.

6. Review Sick Leaves and Medical reports.

Steps to book an appointment with doctor online through Sehhaty app :

* Login to your Sehhaty app or Create a new account.

* Click on Services then choose the date.

* Click on Book an appointment. 

* Choose the type of appointment, facility, and doctor online.

* Select the appropriate date and time.

My Health application also provides a healthy family life through the following services :

1. A doctor for each family.

2. A record of children's vaccinations.

3. Your child appointments.

4. Monitoring vital signs (Know Your Number Service).

5. Calculate the foot steps.

6. Keeping a list of medicines.

7. Booking for corona test.

8. Book an appointment to receive Corona vaccine.

9. Booking appointment to receive vaccinations.

Review and Print Sick Leaves through Sehhaty app :

Through My Health's medical reports service, sick leaves can now be reviewed and printed. You can now view or print your sick leave after it has been issued by your doctor on your mobile phone, according to the Ministry.

Immediate Counseling service for Children through Sehhaty app :

Through the My Health app, children will be able to access immediate and direct counseling services. Get direct and immediate advice for your child's health at any time and place through this application.
