The Saudi Railways Company (SAR) is set to unveil a specialized program aimed at localizing the railway industry. This significant announcement will be made during the Saudi International Railways Conference in Riyadh on Nov. 20-21, under the patronage of the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser.

Dr. Bashar Al-Malik, the CEO of SAR, highlighted the program’s goal of increasing local spending and establishing key manufacturing capabilities in Saudi Arabia.

- Conducted hydrogen train experiments, a first in the Middle East and Africa, supporting the Saudi Green Initiative.
