Saudi Arabia's Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi, has issued a decision to amend the Flexible Work Regulation. The new regulation increases the number of hours a flexible Saudi worker can work in a single facility to 160 hours per month.

Amendments to Clause 2 of Article 27: The Executive Regulations of the Labor Law have been revised to reflect these changes.

Nitaqat Saudization Program: A full facility point is awarded once employees complete 160 hours of flexible work. Over 35,000 Saudi men and women have benefited from the flexible employment scheme since its launch.
