In a significant update, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) unveils strict measures on salary delays. Mudad, the ministry's platform, asserts that if an employer fails to disburse salaries for three consecutive months, all services will be stopped. Employees are empowered to transfer to another employer without consent, even if their work permit is valid.

1. Penalty for Delay: Services, excluding work permit issuance and renewal, halted after two months of salary delay.

2. Transfer Rights: Employees can switch employers without consent after three consecutive months of unpaid salaries.

3. Mudad's Role: The platform streamlines salary justifications, reducing the response time for employees and companies.

4. Timeframe Adjustments: The period for companies to justify salary delays shortened from 30 to 10 days.

5. Automated Processing: Worker justifications not submitted within three days will be automatically processed.

6. Subscription Fees: Mudad serves enterprises of all sizes with fees starting at SR460 for smaller establishments.

7. Flexible Payroll: Mudad enables employers to add part-time workers and customize deductions, allowances, and bonuses.

8. No Bank Contracts: Establishments using Mudad for payroll management eliminate the need for bank contracts.

9. Social Insurance Integration: Mudad facilitates the addition of employees not included in the social insurance system.

10. Payment Flexibility: Employers can make multiple salary payments in a month, targeting specific employees each time.
