If there should arise an occurrence of any dispute between an employee and an employer, then the employee has a right to file an online case to the Labour Courts in Saudi Arabia.
Mostly in every case, the labour cases in the Saudi Labour Courts are petitioned because of the following three reasons:
1. End of Service Benefits.
2. Unreasonable Termination under Article 77 of Saudi Labour Law.
3. Delay in Salaries.
So, let's start with the step-by-step explanation:
Create a MOL account:
1. Better to transfer your Iqama before you file a case.
2. Create a MOL account on the Ministry website.
3. Login to your account.
4. Click on the symbol just beside your name.
5. Select “بوابة الافراد” from the drop-down menu.
6. On the next page, select “Case Management “.
Filing an online complaint
On this page, carefully fill this lengthy form you want to file an online complaint against your Kafeel to the labour court in Saudi Arabia.
Step 1: Plaintiff Data
The MOL system will fetch your name and Iqama number while you have to enter/select the following;

Step 2: Plaintiff Address
Now enter your address information in this way;
منطقة = Province i.e., Makkah, Tabuk etc.
مدينة = City.
حى = District.
شارع = Street.
رقم المبنى = Building Number.
الرمز البريدي = Postal Code.
Stage 3: Defendant's Data
On the following page, you will be needed to enter the details of the employer against whom you want to file an online legal complaint or case in the labour court.

اسم المنشأة: Select the Kafeel Name to file the case.
Enter the Address of the Kafeel.
Stage 4: Employment Information
At this phase of filing an online lawful complaint against you’re in the labour court in Saudi Arabia, enter your employment data:
نوع الأجر: Monthly = شهريا
نوع العقد: Fixed Term Contract = محدد المدة
الراتب الحالي: Gross Salary.
تاريخ العقد: Date of start of the contract.
تاريخ انتهاء العقد: Contract Expiry Date.
ما زال على رأس العمل: Are you still on the job?
السبب: Select the correct reason.
تاريخ اخر يوم عمل: Last day on the Job.
Stage 5: Case Details
Now you need to choose the kind of case you want to file against your employer/Kafeel in the labour court. Please make sure to select the main and sub-categories as per the subject of the complaint.

Step 6: Upload Documents
Here you need to upload all the documents needed by the Labour court portal just as well as other extra documents that can help in your case.
Stage 7: Sign the Acknowledge
Prior to submitting the online complaint to the Saudi Labour Court, the portal would request you to sign an acknowledgement that assuming any of the data given in this application is incorrect, you would be penalized by the court.
Step 8: Submit the Complaint
As you sign the acknowledgment, the last step you need to go through is to submit the online complaint to the Saudi labour court. You will get a message in your registered mobile number for the first hearing in the friendly settlement court within a couple of days of submitting the complaint.
Friendly Settlement Court
The friendly settlement court will try to find out the settlement outside the labour court within 21 days.
If the employee and the employer agree on a friendly settlement, the case will be dismissed and the employee will receive the settlement.
If no friendly settlement is made, the case will be referred to the labour courts.
First Instance Courts
At this step, your filed complaint to the labour office will be heard at the degree of First Instance Courts.
The process at this stage is not time-bound. It might complete in the first hearing or require several months according to the entanglement of the case and how busy the assigned court is.
There will be a few hearings and later this, the decision will be made by the labour courts.
Appellate Courts
After the decision made by the labour courts, both parties have the right to appeal against it in the Appellate Courts within 30 days if they are not satisfied with the decision.

Enforcement Courts
In the event that the payment isn't settled according to the court decision, you need to again file a case with the enforcement or implementation courts in Saudi Arabia.

Upload all the case documents.
Provide the IBAN number of your bank.
If the company fails to settle the amount mentioned in the judgment, the enforcement court will take the following steps one by one:
1. Send a message to the employer to settle the dues.
2. Publicize in a local newspaper the employer’s responsibility to pay off the dues.
3. Stop the Labour office services for the employer i.e., no Iqama renewal for staff.
4. Freeze the settlement amount from the bank account.
5. Attach the assets of the employer, sell them, and pay to the employee.
