In a significant announcement on Monday, Saudi Arabia initiated the official registration process for foreign pilgrims gearing up for Hajj 2024. The Center for International Communication (CIC), operating under the Ministry of Media, disclosed that Muslim pilgrims worldwide, along with their families, can now complete the registration through the Nusuk Hajj application.

Pilgrims spanning Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America, and Oceania are invited to apply for this sacred journey through the Nusuk Hajj application. For comprehensive details on the registration process, visit the hajj.nusuk.sa website.

Nusuk Hajj stands as the key gateway to an unparalleled spiritual expedition. As the all-encompassing platform overseen by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, it offers pilgrims a diverse range of Hajj packages from authorized service providers, guaranteeing a seamless and enriching spiritual experience.

To register, pilgrims can create a personal account on the website, providing their email address and selecting their current country of residence from the provided list, which includes all countries designated for Hajj 2024.

Hajj, being the fifth pillar of Islam, holds profound significance and is obligatory for every capable adult Muslim. Much like other vital Islamic practices, Hajj is accompanied by a set of rituals that must be observed diligently during this sacred journey.

It's worth noting that the Hajj of 2023 marked the first full-capacity annual pilgrimage in the post-pandemic period. A total of 1,845,045 pilgrims participated, with 1,660,915 foreign pilgrims and 184,130 domestic pilgrims. Among them, 969,694 were male pilgrims, and 875,351 were female pilgrims. Asian countries contributed 1,056,317 pilgrims, constituting 63.5%, while Arab countries contributed 346,214 pilgrims, representing 21% of the total pilgrims.
