In a recent announcement, the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia has introduced comprehensive dress code regulations for its medical personnel, emphasizing the importance of a professional appearance and behavior within the workplace.

The updated guidelines outline specific attire requirements to maintain a dignified and respectful workplace environment. Employees are expected to adhere to a dress code that excludes the use of pajamas, men's shorts, or clothing featuring offensive images or messages. Additionally, unconventional hairstyles are discouraged, and personal hygiene is highlighted as a priority.

For female staff members, the regulations dictate the necessity of covering their heads with opaque materials. Tight, open, or short clothing, as well as accessories like chains or items displaying phrases, are not permitted. The guidelines extend to cosmetics, manicures, nails, and perfumes, with a particular emphasis on the appropriate length of coats.

Furthermore, the ministry emphasizes the importance of not wearing work attire in public spaces during breaks or outside of designated work hours. The regulations stress the need for modest and non-see-through clothing, specifying that these outfits should only be worn within the confines of the workplace.
