A Saudi news website has reported an astonishing incident at an elementary school in Riyadh, where a pupil approached his teacher with an unexpected request.

According to Al Marsd, the student wasted no time in seeking permission to speak as soon as the teacher entered the classroom. To the teacher's surprise, the child expressed disappointment, claiming that the teacher had failed to fulfill a promise made in a dream.

The boy recounted how he had dreamed of the teacher promising him a gift in exchange for completing a certain task. Despite fulfilling his end of the bargain, the teacher had not delivered the promised gift. In response, the teacher promptly offered the gift mentioned in the dream, as reported by the news site.

In a similar incident elsewhere in Saudi Arabia, a female schoolteacher faced unwarranted interrogation due to a student's dream.

Media reports revealed that the teacher, employed at a school in southern Saudi Arabia, was subjected to questioning by an education investigation committee after a student's family filed a complaint alleging that the teacher had administered banned corporal punishment to their daughter, as reported by Saudi newspaper Al Watan.

However, investigations revealed that the complaint was unfounded. It was discovered that the student had merely dreamt of being hit by her teacher, leading to the baseless accusation. Consequently, the complaint was dismissed, highlighting the peculiar impact of dreams on real-life situations.
