The Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia has reaffirmed its warning regarding appointment procedures in private civil security guard companies and institutions, emphasizing the strict security standards that must be adhered to, especially in places like the residences of Hajj pilgrims. In this regard, the prosecution holds full accountability. 

Taking to its official Twitter account, the Saudi Public Prosecution clarified that all staff and security personnel within their jurisdiction must be Saudi citizens without exception. 

The Public Prosecution also outlined the consequences for non-compliance with the law. Those who fail to meet the requirement will face various penalties, including a warning, fines of up to 50,000 riyals, temporary closure of the offending headquarters for a month, and potential license revocation. 

Furthermore, in alignment with the Saudi Vision 2030 and the ongoing efforts to combat economic crimes, the Public Prosecution and the Ministry of Commerce have recently completed their electronic integration procedures. This significant step aims to enhance economic security, elevate the commercial and economic landscape of the Kingdom, and effectively tackle crimes that pose a threat to economic stability, such as money laundering, concealment, commercial fraud, and cybercrimes related to corporate and commercial data systems. 

By ensuring that security companies exclusively employ Saudi citizens, Saudi Arabia reinforces its commitment to national security and economic stability. The collective efforts of the Public Prosecution and the Ministry of Commerce underpin the Kingdom's dedication to combating economic crimes and creating a secure environment for business and commerce to thrive.
