In a groundbreaking move towards accessible justice, the "Najiz" app now brings all judicial services to your fingertips, regardless of your location. Engineer Bandar Al-Sanea, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Digital Transformation and Judicial Applications, announced this revolutionary development.
With the Najiz app, beneficiaries can now avail themselves of judicial services 24/7 from anywhere in the world, all through their mobile devices.
During a recent discussion on Al-Ekhbariya channel's 9th bulletin, Bandar Al-Sanea emphasized that this initiative aligns perfectly with the Ministry's objectives and the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030. He highlighted the updated version of the Najiz app as a significant enhancement in accessing the Ministry of Justice's services.
Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, has mandated the release of an updated version of the Najiz app, now offering a comprehensive suite of 83 different legal services tailored for smartphones.
By the fourth quarter of 2024, the Najiz system will seamlessly integrate all court services, marking a major milestone in judicial accessibility.
In addition to providing a seamless digital experience, the enhanced Najiz app comes with a host of improvements aimed at enhancing service quality.
The Ministry of Justice's upgrade strategy is part of a larger plan to expand application services, focusing on user-centric enhancements derived from thorough beneficiary feedback. The primary objectives remain user-friendliness and uninterrupted service.
The Najiz app caters to various legal needs, including judicial, enforcement, documentation, and assistance services, offering a comprehensive legal support system.
Last year alone, the Najiz application served nearly three million beneficiaries, facilitating over 50 million transactions and supporting over 700,000 court hearings.
