What is Ihram in Islam? 

Ihram is a sacred state in Islam, essential for completing major or minor pilgrimages. Pilgrims must purify themselves and wear specific clothing before entering the pilgrimage boundary, or Miqat.

For men, Ihram attire consists of two seamless white cloths: the "Izar" covers the lower body, and the "Rida" drapes over the left shoulder.
