The Saudi Arabian government has deployed more than 10,000 employees to serve pilgrims and ensure their safety during the Hajj ritual, according to local media reports.
In addition to smart applications and electronic platforms that will facilitate and enhance visitors' experiences at the two holy mosques, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques announced that it has reached 160 million beneficiaries with its digital services.
In addition, 144 gates for the entry of worshippers into the Grand Mosque have been allocated, along with the King Abdul Aziz Gate, King Fahd Gate, and Bab Al Salam Gate. At the Grand Mosque, 3 million bottles of Zamzam water are distributed daily, and 1 million bottles are distributed at holy sites.
In addition to 500 engineers, 2,000 electric vehicles were provided for the elderly and persons with disabilities, according to the presidency.
