Zalata is found in Huna Riyadh Park, the community space and food hall. The concept is known for preparing local bread tamees, hot pies, and tamees tacos served fresh off the stove. Try the shakshouka and beans, or get the classic breakfast platter, which includes white foul, eggplant mix, shakshouka, cream cheese, zalata (Middle Eastern salad with cucumber, white onion, and fresh herbs), spicy green pepper, and a classic tamees.
