'description' => '<p><span style="font-size:18px">A Chadian man was executed on Tuesday after he was convicted of kidnapping and raping a teenager, the Saudi Interior Ministry said in a statement.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">The man was also convicted of stealing several vehicles using a number of modus operandi and escaped his Jeddah detention, before he was apprehended and stood trial, the statement added.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">“Adam Zain Issa Kuji, a Chadian national, kidnapped and raped a juvenile, stole several cars in various ways and escaped from the detention,” the statement said.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">The man, who was also charged with committing several kidnappings, robberies at knife point, was sentenced to death by the Criminal Court.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">The ruling was later upheld by the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court, before it became final.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">In line with a Royal Order, the man was executed in Jeddah on Tuesday, the statement said.</span></p>

<p>In a circular, a copy of which was obtained by Okaz/Saudi Gazette, the authority said Saudi citizens will be allowed to travel outside the Kingdom and return to it effective from 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31.</p>
<p>GACA stressed that the new procedure does not violate any approved requirements or controls related to travel bans or restrictions on travel for reasons that have nothing to do with limiting the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom.</p>
<p>It also stressed the need for taking into account the implementation of necessary measures, and precautions to stem the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom. A few days ago, the Ministry of Interior announced its decision to lift the temporary travel ban and resumption of all international flights, saying that the Kingdom will reopen its air, sea, and land borders from March 31.</p>

- Granting the worker exceptional leave, as stipulated in the law.</p>
<p>2. The termination of the employment contract after that is not legal if it is proven that the employer has benefited from any aid from the state to face this situation. </p>
<p>3. This does not prejudice the right of the worker to terminate the employment contract.<br />
It is noteworthy that this initiative comes as an extension of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in reducing the economic impacts on the private sector, and achieving the general interest of workers and employers.</p>

- صرحت وزارة الموارد البشرية أن هذه المادة تلزم محاكم العمل باختصاص قضايا الفصل ، وعلى صاحب العمل الذي يلجأ إلى القوة القاهرة إثبات ، في حالة اعتراض العمال ، مؤكدة أن القرار وضع أقصى درجات الحماية للسعوديين. في فقرة أساسية منه ، لا تسمح لصاحب العمل بإنهاء العقد إذا ثبت أنه يستفيد من أي صندوق من المملكة لمواجهة هذا الوضع. ومنها نظام "ساند" لتعويض أجور العمالة السعودية. وبالتالي لا يمكن للمنشأة أن تفصل السعوديين بحسب القوة القاهرة. أما المؤسسة التي لم تحصل على مساعدة فلا يجوز لها اللجوء إلى الفصل لفشل القوة القاهرة.</p>

<p>6- تحصيل دين لتنفيذ أي حكم قضائي ، بشرط ألا يزيد الخصم الشهري على ربع أجر العامل ، ما لم ينص الحكم على غير ذلك ، ويتم تحصيل دين النفقة أولاً ثم دين المأكل والملبس والمسكن. قبل الديون الأخرى.</p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px">“Adam Zain Issa Kuji, a Chadian national, kidnapped and raped a juvenile, stole several cars in various ways and escaped from the detention,” the statement said.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">The man, who was also charged with committing several kidnappings, robberies at knife point, was sentenced to death by the Criminal Court.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">The ruling was later upheld by the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court, before it became final.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">In line with a Royal Order, the man was executed in Jeddah on Tuesday, the statement said.</span></p>

'description' => '<p>The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has informed all airlines operating in the Kingdom’s airports that the suspension of international flights will be lifted completely and the Saudi airports will be fully operational from 31 March 2021 onwards.</p>
<p>However, GACA clarified that the travel permit does not apply to countries to which the concerned committee decides to suspend travel as a result of the outbreak of coronavirus.</p>
<p>In a circular, a copy of which was obtained by Okaz/Saudi Gazette, the authority said Saudi citizens will be allowed to travel outside the Kingdom and return to it effective from 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31.</p>
<p>GACA stressed that the new procedure does not violate any approved requirements or controls related to travel bans or restrictions on travel for reasons that have nothing to do with limiting the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom.</p>
<p>It also stressed the need for taking into account the implementation of necessary measures, and precautions to stem the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom. A few days ago, the Ministry of Interior announced its decision to lift the temporary travel ban and resumption of all international flights, saying that the Kingdom will reopen its air, sea, and land borders from March 31.</p>
<p>The implementation of the measures will be done in accordance with the procedures and precautions laid down by the concerned committee to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom and that is in coordination with the concerned authorities, the ministry said in its statement.</p>

<p>وقالت الوزارة في بيانها إن تنفيذ الإجراءات سيتم وفقا للإجراءات والاحتياطات التي وضعتها اللجنة المختصة لمنع انتشار فيروس كورونا في المملكة وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.</p>

The Ministry of Human Resources had previously in April 2020 clarified the objectives of adding Article (41) to the executive regulations of the labor system.<br />
The decision restricted the use of force majeure as a justification for dismissal. Where the ministry obliged the employer to agree with the worker on 3 options. They are, agreeing to reduce working hours with the number of actual work hours, agreeing to use the balance of paid leave, and agreeing to use leave without pay for no more than 20 days per month, and this decision has been restricted for a period of 6 months, following the state announced the precautionary measures. </p>
<p><br />
- The Ministry of HR stated that this article requires the labor courts to have jurisdiction over dismissal cases, and the employer who will resort to force majeure must prove, in the event of the workers objection, stressing that the decision placed maximum protection for the Saudis in a basic paragraph of it, that does not allow the employer to terminate the contract if it is proven that he has Benefit from any fund from Kingdom to cope with this situation. Including the "SANED" system to compensate the wages of Saudi workers. Hence, the facility cannot separate the Saudis, according to force majeure. As for the establishment that has not been provided with an aid, it cannot resort to dismissal due to the failure of force majeure.</p>
<p>1. In the event that the state, on its own initiative, or on the basis of what is recommended by a competent international organization, takes measures in the matter of a situation or circumstance that calls for reducing working hours, or precautionary measures that limit the aggravation of that situation or that circumstance, which is included in the description of force majeure contained in Paragraph (5) of Article (47) of the law. The employer shall initially agree with the worker, within the six months that follow to start taking these measures on any of the following:<br />
- Reducing the worker's wage, in proportion to the number of actual working hours.<br />
- Granting the worker a leave counted from his due annual leave days. <br />
- Granting the worker exceptional leave, as stipulated in the law.</p>
<p>2. The termination of the employment contract after that is not legal if it is proven that the employer has benefited from any aid from the state to face this situation. </p>
<p>3. This does not prejudice the right of the worker to terminate the employment contract.<br />
It is noteworthy that this initiative comes as an extension of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in reducing the economic impacts on the private sector, and achieving the general interest of workers and employers.</p>

- صرحت وزارة الموارد البشرية أن هذه المادة تلزم محاكم العمل باختصاص قضايا الفصل ، وعلى صاحب العمل الذي يلجأ إلى القوة القاهرة إثبات ، في حالة اعتراض العمال ، مؤكدة أن القرار وضع أقصى درجات الحماية للسعوديين. في فقرة أساسية منه ، لا تسمح لصاحب العمل بإنهاء العقد إذا ثبت أنه يستفيد من أي صندوق من المملكة لمواجهة هذا الوضع. ومنها نظام "ساند" لتعويض أجور العمالة السعودية. وبالتالي لا يمكن للمنشأة أن تفصل السعوديين بحسب القوة القاهرة. أما المؤسسة التي لم تحصل على مساعدة فلا يجوز لها اللجوء إلى الفصل لفشل القوة القاهرة.</p>
<p>1. في حالة قيام الدولة ، بمبادرة منها ، أو على أساس ما أوصت به منظمة دولية مختصة ، باتخاذ تدابير في مسألة حالة أو ظرف يستدعي تخفيض ساعات العمل ، أو اتخاذ تدابير احترازية تحد من تفاقم هذا الوضع أو ذلك الظرف المتضمن في وصف القوة القاهرة الوارد في الفقرة (5) من المادة (47) من القانون. يجب على صاحب العمل الاتفاق مبدئيًا مع العامل ، خلال الأشهر الستة التالية على البدء في اتخاذ هذه الإجراءات على أي مما يلي:<br />
- تخفيض أجر العامل بما يتناسب مع عدد ساعات العمل الفعلية.<br />
- منح العامل إجازة تحتسب من أيام إجازته السنوية المستحقة.<br />
- منح العامل إجازة استثنائية وفق ما نص عليه القانون.</p>
<p>2. إنهاء عقد العمل بعد ذلك غير قانوني إذا ثبت أن صاحب العمل قد استفاد من أي مساعدة من الدولة لمواجهة هذا الوضع.</p>
<p>3. لا يخل ذلك بحق العامل في إنهاء عقد العمل.<br />
يشار إلى أن هذه المبادرة تأتي امتدادًا لمبادرات وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في الحد من الآثار الاقتصادية على القطاع الخاص ، وتحقيق المصلحة العامة للعمال وأصحاب العمل.</p>

<p>وأضافت وزارة الموارد البشرية في كتيبها الخاص بالتثقيف العمالي عن أهم الحقوق والواجبات في نظام العمل السعودي أنه يمكن استقطاعات من راتب الموظف دون موافقته الخطية في الحالات التالية:</p>
<p>1. استرداد قروض صاحب العمل على ألا يتجاوز الخصم 15٪.</p>
<p>2. اشتراكات الضمان الاجتماعي وأية اشتراكات مستحقة بموجب القانون.</p>
<p>3. اشتراكات العامل في صندوق الادخار والقروض المستحقة على الموظف.</p>
<p>4. الأقساط لأي مشروع يقوم به صاحب العمل لبناء مساكن بقصد تملكها للعمال أو أي مزايا أخرى.</p>

<p>وأضاف البيان أن الرجل أدين أيضا بسرقة عدة سيارات باستخدام عدد من أساليب العمل وهرب من سجنه في جدة قبل القبض عليه ومحاكمته.</p>
<p>وجاء في البيان أن "آدم زين عيسى كوجي مواطن تشادي خطف واغتصب حدثا وسرق عدة سيارات بشتى الطرق وفر من الاعتقال".</p>
<p>وحكمت محكمة الجنايات على الرجل الذي اتهم بارتكاب عدة عمليات خطف وسرقة بسكين.</p>
<p>وأيدت محكمة الاستئناف والمحكمة العليا الحكم لاحقًا قبل أن يصبح نهائيًا.</p>
<p>وقال البيان إن الرجل أعدم في جدة يوم الثلاثاء تماشيا مع أمر ملكي.</p>

<p>In a circular, a copy of which was obtained by Okaz/Saudi Gazette, the authority said Saudi citizens will be allowed to travel outside the Kingdom and return to it effective from 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31.</p>
<p>GACA stressed that the new procedure does not violate any approved requirements or controls related to travel bans or restrictions on travel for reasons that have nothing to do with limiting the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom.</p>
<p>It also stressed the need for taking into account the implementation of necessary measures, and precautions to stem the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom. A few days ago, the Ministry of Interior announced its decision to lift the temporary travel ban and resumption of all international flights, saying that the Kingdom will reopen its air, sea, and land borders from March 31.</p>
<p>The implementation of the measures will be done in accordance with the procedures and precautions laid down by the concerned committee to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom and that is in coordination with the concerned authorities, the ministry said in its statement.</p>

The Ministry of Human Resources had previously in April 2020 clarified the objectives of adding Article (41) to the executive regulations of the labor system.<br />
The decision restricted the use of force majeure as a justification for dismissal. Where the ministry obliged the employer to agree with the worker on 3 options. They are, agreeing to reduce working hours with the number of actual work hours, agreeing to use the balance of paid leave, and agreeing to use leave without pay for no more than 20 days per month, and this decision has been restricted for a period of 6 months, following the state announced the precautionary measures. </p>
<p><br />
- The Ministry of HR stated that this article requires the labor courts to have jurisdiction over dismissal cases, and the employer who will resort to force majeure must prove, in the event of the workers objection, stressing that the decision placed maximum protection for the Saudis in a basic paragraph of it, that does not allow the employer to terminate the contract if it is proven that he has Benefit from any fund from Kingdom to cope with this situation. Including the "SANED" system to compensate the wages of Saudi workers. Hence, the facility cannot separate the Saudis, according to force majeure. As for the establishment that has not been provided with an aid, it cannot resort to dismissal due to the failure of force majeure.</p>
<p>1. In the event that the state, on its own initiative, or on the basis of what is recommended by a competent international organization, takes measures in the matter of a situation or circumstance that calls for reducing working hours, or precautionary measures that limit the aggravation of that situation or that circumstance, which is included in the description of force majeure contained in Paragraph (5) of Article (47) of the law. The employer shall initially agree with the worker, within the six months that follow to start taking these measures on any of the following:<br />
- Reducing the worker's wage, in proportion to the number of actual working hours.<br />
- Granting the worker a leave counted from his due annual leave days. <br />
- Granting the worker exceptional leave, as stipulated in the law.</p>
<p>2. The termination of the employment contract after that is not legal if it is proven that the employer has benefited from any aid from the state to face this situation. </p>
<p>3. This does not prejudice the right of the worker to terminate the employment contract.<br />
It is noteworthy that this initiative comes as an extension of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in reducing the economic impacts on the private sector, and achieving the general interest of workers and employers.</p>

- صرحت وزارة الموارد البشرية أن هذه المادة تلزم محاكم العمل باختصاص قضايا الفصل ، وعلى صاحب العمل الذي يلجأ إلى القوة القاهرة إثبات ، في حالة اعتراض العمال ، مؤكدة أن القرار وضع أقصى درجات الحماية للسعوديين. في فقرة أساسية منه ، لا تسمح لصاحب العمل بإنهاء العقد إذا ثبت أنه يستفيد من أي صندوق من المملكة لمواجهة هذا الوضع. ومنها نظام "ساند" لتعويض أجور العمالة السعودية. وبالتالي لا يمكن للمنشأة أن تفصل السعوديين بحسب القوة القاهرة. أما المؤسسة التي لم تحصل على مساعدة فلا يجوز لها اللجوء إلى الفصل لفشل القوة القاهرة.</p>
<p>1. في حالة قيام الدولة ، بمبادرة منها ، أو على أساس ما أوصت به منظمة دولية مختصة ، باتخاذ تدابير في مسألة حالة أو ظرف يستدعي تخفيض ساعات العمل ، أو اتخاذ تدابير احترازية تحد من تفاقم هذا الوضع أو ذلك الظرف المتضمن في وصف القوة القاهرة الوارد في الفقرة (5) من المادة (47) من القانون. يجب على صاحب العمل الاتفاق مبدئيًا مع العامل ، خلال الأشهر الستة التالية على البدء في اتخاذ هذه الإجراءات على أي مما يلي:<br />
- تخفيض أجر العامل بما يتناسب مع عدد ساعات العمل الفعلية.<br />
- منح العامل إجازة تحتسب من أيام إجازته السنوية المستحقة.<br />
- منح العامل إجازة استثنائية وفق ما نص عليه القانون.</p>
<p>2. إنهاء عقد العمل بعد ذلك غير قانوني إذا ثبت أن صاحب العمل قد استفاد من أي مساعدة من الدولة لمواجهة هذا الوضع.</p>
<p>3. لا يخل ذلك بحق العامل في إنهاء عقد العمل.<br />
يشار إلى أن هذه المبادرة تأتي امتدادًا لمبادرات وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في الحد من الآثار الاقتصادية على القطاع الخاص ، وتحقيق المصلحة العامة للعمال وأصحاب العمل.</p>

<p>1. استرداد قروض صاحب العمل على ألا يتجاوز الخصم 15٪.</p>
<p>2. اشتراكات الضمان الاجتماعي وأية اشتراكات مستحقة بموجب القانون.</p>
<p>3. اشتراكات العامل في صندوق الادخار والقروض المستحقة على الموظف.</p>
<p>4. الأقساط لأي مشروع يقوم به صاحب العمل لبناء مساكن بقصد تملكها للعمال أو أي مزايا أخرى.</p>
<p>5. غرامات على العامل بسبب المخالفات التي ارتكبها والمبلغ المقتطع مقابل ما أتلفه.</p>
<p>6- تحصيل دين لتنفيذ أي حكم قضائي ، بشرط ألا يزيد الخصم الشهري على ربع أجر العامل ، ما لم ينص الحكم على غير ذلك ، ويتم تحصيل دين النفقة أولاً ثم دين المأكل والملبس والمسكن. قبل الديون الأخرى.</p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px">The man, who was also charged with committing several kidnappings, robberies at knife point, was sentenced to death by the Criminal Court.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">The ruling was later upheld by the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court, before it became final.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">In line with a Royal Order, the man was executed in Jeddah on Tuesday, the statement said.</span></p>

<p>In a circular, a copy of which was obtained by Okaz/Saudi Gazette, the authority said Saudi citizens will be allowed to travel outside the Kingdom and return to it effective from 6 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31.</p>
<p>GACA stressed that the new procedure does not violate any approved requirements or controls related to travel bans or restrictions on travel for reasons that have nothing to do with limiting the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom.</p>
<p>It also stressed the need for taking into account the implementation of necessary measures, and precautions to stem the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom. A few days ago, the Ministry of Interior announced its decision to lift the temporary travel ban and resumption of all international flights, saying that the Kingdom will reopen its air, sea, and land borders from March 31.</p>
<p>The implementation of the measures will be done in accordance with the procedures and precautions laid down by the concerned committee to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom and that is in coordination with the concerned authorities, the ministry said in its statement.</p>

The Ministry of Human Resources had previously in April 2020 clarified the objectives of adding Article (41) to the executive regulations of the labor system.<br />
The decision restricted the use of force majeure as a justification for dismissal. Where the ministry obliged the employer to agree with the worker on 3 options. They are, agreeing to reduce working hours with the number of actual work hours, agreeing to use the balance of paid leave, and agreeing to use leave without pay for no more than 20 days per month, and this decision has been restricted for a period of 6 months, following the state announced the precautionary measures. </p>

- The Ministry of HR stated that this article requires the labor courts to have jurisdiction over dismissal cases, and the employer who will resort to force majeure must prove, in the event of the workers objection, stressing that the decision placed maximum protection for the Saudis in a basic paragraph of it, that does not allow the employer to terminate the contract if it is proven that he has Benefit from any fund from Kingdom to cope with this situation. Including the "SANED" system to compensate the wages of Saudi workers. Hence, the facility cannot separate the Saudis, according to force majeure. <p>1. The employer shall initially agree with the worker, within the six months that follow to start taking these measures on any of the following:<br />
- Reducing the worker's wage, in proportion to the number of actual working hours.<br />
- Granting the worker a leave counted from his due annual leave days. <br />
- Granting the worker exceptional leave, as stipulated in the law.</p>
<p>2. The termination of the employment contract after that is not legal if it is proven that the employer has benefited from any aid from the state to face this situation. </p>
<p>3. This does not prejudice the right of the worker to terminate the employment contract.<br />
It is noteworthy that this initiative comes as an extension of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in reducing the economic impacts on the private sector, and achieving the general interest of workers and employers.</p>

- صرحت وزارة الموارد البشرية أن هذه المادة تلزم محاكم العمل باختصاص قضايا الفصل ، وعلى صاحب العمل الذي يلجأ إلى القوة القاهرة إثبات ، في حالة اعتراض العمال ، مؤكدة أن القرار وضع أقصى درجات الحماية للسعوديين. في فقرة أساسية منه ، لا تسمح لصاحب العمل بإنهاء العقد إذا ثبت أنه يستفيد من أي صندوق من المملكة لمواجهة هذا الوضع. ومنها نظام "ساند" لتعويض أجور العمالة السعودية. وبالتالي لا يمكن للمنشأة أن تفصل السعوديين بحسب القوة القاهرة. أما المؤسسة التي لم تحصل على مساعدة فلا يجوز لها اللجوء إلى الفصل لفشل القوة القاهرة.</p>
<p>1. في حالة قيام الدولة ، بمبادرة منها ، أو على أساس ما أوصت به منظمة دولية مختصة ، باتخاذ تدابير في مسألة حالة أو ظرف يستدعي تخفيض ساعات العمل ، أو اتخاذ تدابير احترازية تحد من تفاقم هذا الوضع أو ذلك الظرف المتضمن في وصف القوة القاهرة الوارد في الفقرة (5) من المادة (47) من القانون. يجب على صاحب العمل الاتفاق مبدئيًا مع العامل ، خلال الأشهر الستة التالية على البدء في اتخاذ هذه الإجراءات على أي مما يلي:<br />
- تخفيض أجر العامل بما يتناسب مع عدد ساعات العمل الفعلية.<br />
- منح العامل إجازة تحتسب من أيام إجازته السنوية المستحقة.<br />
- منح العامل إجازة استثنائية وفق ما نص عليه القانون.</p>
<p>2. إنهاء عقد العمل بعد ذلك غير قانوني إذا ثبت أن صاحب العمل قد استفاد من أي مساعدة من الدولة لمواجهة هذا الوضع.</p>
<p>3. لا يخل ذلك بحق العامل في إنهاء عقد العمل.<br />
يشار إلى أن هذه المبادرة تأتي امتدادًا لمبادرات وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في الحد من الآثار الاقتصادية على القطاع الخاص ، وتحقيق المصلحة العامة للعمال وأصحاب العمل.</p>

<p><span style="font-size:18px">The Ministry of Human Resources added, in its booklet on labor education about the most important rights and duties in the Saudi Labor Law, that deductions can be made from an employee's salary without his written consent in the following cases:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">1. Refund of the employer's loans, provided that the deduction should not exceed 15%.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">2. Social security contributions and any contributions due by law.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">3. The worker's contributions to the provident fund and the loans owed by the employee.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">4. Installments for any project undertaken by the employer to build housing with the intention of owning it for workers or any other benefits.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">5. Fines on the worker due to the violations he committed, as well as the amount deducted for what he destroyed.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px">6. Collecting a debt to enforce any court ruling, provided that the monthly deduction is not more than a quarter of the worker's salary, unless the ruling includes otherwise, and the alimony debt is collected first, then the debt of food, clothing and housing before other debts.</span></p>

<p>وأضافت وزارة الموارد البشرية في كتيبها الخاص بالتثقيف العمالي عن أهم الحقوق والواجبات في نظام العمل السعودي أنه يمكن استقطاعات من راتب الموظف دون موافقته الخطية في الحالات التالية:</p>
<p>1. استرداد قروض صاحب العمل على ألا يتجاوز الخصم 15٪.</p>
<p>2. اشتراكات الضمان الاجتماعي وأية اشتراكات مستحقة بموجب القانون.</p>
<p>3. اشتراكات العامل في صندوق الادخار والقروض المستحقة على الموظف.</p>
<p>4. الأقساط لأي مشروع يقوم به صاحب العمل لبناء مساكن بقصد تملكها للعمال أو أي مزايا أخرى.</p>
<p>5. غرامات على العامل بسبب المخالفات التي ارتكبها والمبلغ المقتطع مقابل ما أتلفه.</p>
<p>6- تحصيل دين لتنفيذ أي حكم قضائي ، بشرط ألا يزيد الخصم الشهري على ربع أجر العامل ، ما لم ينص الحكم على غير ذلك ، ويتم تحصيل دين النفقة أولاً ثم دين المأكل والملبس والمسكن. قبل الديون الأخرى.</p>
